The Department of Psychology has a similar reputation for its work in human-computer interaction and cognitive psychology.

Human-Computer Interaction Group

The Human-Computer Interaction Group is joint between these departments. It has a unique interdisciplinary approach which integrates rigorous formal methods from software engineering research, with theories of perception, learning and error.
