The Department of Computer Science has an international reputation for its work in real-time systems and high integrity systems engineering.
Department of Psychology
The Department of Psychology has a similar reputation for its work in human-computer interaction and cognitive psychology.
Human-Computer Interaction Group
The Human-Computer Interaction Group is joint between these departments. It has a unique interdisciplinary approach which integrates rigorous formal methods from software engineering research, with theories of perception, learning and error.
