DIRC includes researchers from five British Universities established in the area of dependable computer systems. and related topics. However, many people have a background in other disciplines and this gives DIRC its essential interdisciplinary flavour.

Project Director and Principal Investigators

The overall Project Director is Professor Cliff Jones (University of Newcastle upon Tyne upon Tyne). The team at each site is headed by a Principal Investigator who is responsible for coordinating the activies at their site.

Participating Sites

There are five sites involved in the collaboration, which is led by the University of Newcastle upon Tyne. Further details of the activities at each site can be found here:

Although each site has its own particular areas of interest, all our Project Activities involve partners from more than one site.
